“Sörì” is the local name for
vineyards that enjoy exceptionally
good sunshine. As a result, their
grapes ripen superbly and, when
vinified, give wine with a soft, dry,
barmonious and utterly distinctive
palate. Sörì Bartu is located at
Diano d’Alba, in the Langhe hills.
